We are seeking an **Accounts Receivable Manager** to join our team and take ownership of our accounts receivable processes. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations.
- Develop, implement, and optimize efficient processes to improve the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Analyze accounts receivable data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable performance to senior management.
- Travel occasionally within the city to meet with colleagues or attend meetings as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable management, with a strong background in invoicing and collections.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively and implement process improvements.
- Highly autonomous and capable of managing responsibilities with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
