CTS Canada currently operates 7 warehouses and offices across Canada. The HQ office is located in North York. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. **Responsibilities** - Operational Responsibilities:_ - Provide feedback on offloading reports, warehouse pallet counts, unusual operation feedback, and print labels according to order requirements. - Manage additional operations for drop shipping, meticulously record all additional operations and data, and oversee inventory tracking for inbound and outbound containers. - Offer insights and feedback on warehouse operations related to ocean freight or air freight orders. - Administrative Responsibilities:_ - Maintain accurate records of timesheets for personnel. - Update and manage records of fixed assets. - Oversee inventory management of consumables and office supplies. - Warehouse Responsibilities:_ - Monitor and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently within the warehouse. - Collaborate closely with frontline colleagues to grasp customer requirements and ensure tasks are executed accordingly by warehouse staff. - Integrate and input work data accurately, promptly addressing any issues identified through data feedback. - Proactively anticipate workload demands and assign tasks to team members accordingly. **Requirements**: - Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit. - Proficiency in using Office software; experience with warehouse management systems preferred. - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks within time-sensitive environments. - Preferred qualifications include prior warehouse experience and familiarity with WMS. - Fluent in both Mandarin and English. **Benefits**: - Dental care - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision care **To Apply**: Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance Ability to commute/relocate: - Milton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) Work Location: In person
