We are looking to add to our SUPER FUN pediatric dental family in our scheduling department.
Our growing Pediatric Dental office requires an energetic and friendly Dental Schedule Coordinator for a Full-Time Position at one of our 3 locations.

As a pediatric Dental Schedule Coordinator, you must enjoy helping people and understand that every child AND parents needs are unique. You must be able to provide exemplary customer service as the clinics first point of contact for patients by answering phones, scheduling appointments and registering new patients and informing them of our office policies.
- minimum 2 years experience in the dental field in a administrative role with some dental knowledge
- superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work as a team and multi task
- punctual and reliable
- proficient typing skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- answer a high number of incoming calls
- manage schedule for all 3 of our locations
- schedule patients appointments efficiently; optimize the time and schedules by minimizing gaps between appointments
- help answer any dental questions or concerns patients have and delegate to appropriate department when needed
- confirm patient appointments
Training will be done in office at our Milton location.

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- No weekends
