**Customer Account and Production Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Account Management: _
- Act as the primary liaison for wholesale customer accounts; build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Process and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered at every touchpoint.
- Production Coordination:_
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of wholesale production from planning through execution.
- Coordinate production schedules with the Production team and monitor progress.
- Communicate production updates to customers.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management:_
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with warehouse to maintain stock accuracy.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: _
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, production schedules, and inventory levels.
- Input and manage data in internal systems with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
- Market Analysis and Pricing: _
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to support product pricing strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic pricing initiatives.
- Identify market trends and provide insights that support business development.
- Management Reporting and Analysis: _
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, production efficiency, and inventory status.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support senior management with insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement

Project Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Provide regular project updates to management and ensure alignment with expectations.
- Identify potential delays or risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.

Expected to start**:immediately**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
