Reporting to the Sr Manager, Facilities, this role will provide effective leadership for overseeing both capital projects and maintenance operations within our facilities, ensuring seamless collaboration between the facilities teams’ functions.

Key Responsibilities

Strong aptitude in project management, with a history of delivering projects punctually and within budgets.

Exceptional communication skills for collaboration and reporting.

Background in budgeting and financial analysis is an asset.

Technical proficiency in base building systems and facilities management best practices.

Understanding of project management and reporting software/tools.

Demonstrated collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Extended walking and sitting.

Able to climb stairs.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. P. Eng. an asset or at a minimum, eligible to qualify for P.Eng. certification is required.

4-6 years of proven experience in effectively managing teams and overseeing complex facility operations and managing facility-related projects.

Comprehensive grasp of EHS regulations and quality management practices.

Skills and Competencies

Additional Requirements:
Must be available for off hours work as a member of emergency response teams, and when otherwise necessary.

Training Required: Must complete all required training and certification as a Nuclear Energy Worker, and all other training requirements as prescribed.

Pre-employment medical (hearing and vision) are required.
