You have:

- A Master’s degree in a relevant social science discipline.
- English and French intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- A significant experience in monitoring, evaluation or social science research.
- An in-depth understanding of designing or implementing monitoring and/or evaluation processes.
- An enhanced knowledge of using databases and data analysis for monitoring, learning and reporting as well as undertaking research, synthesizing research results, identifying evaluation opportunities, gaps, and needs.

**You are**:

- A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills.
- Results oriented with strong organizing, problem-solving, negotiating, implementing, and monitoring skills.
- Proficient in providing specialized advice and professional guidance with a proven track record of creativity, taking initiative and able to work under pressure.
- Able to establish, manage and monitor relationships with various stakeholders.
- Capable of working in a multidisciplinary and partially virtual team including diverse cultures, expertise, and experiences.
