**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of program plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate logistics for program events, including scheduling meetings, securing venues, and managing resources.
- Monitor program progress and collect data for evaluation purposes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and participants to ensure smooth program operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions or workshops as needed to support program initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant engagement, and feedback.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Experience in program coordination or project management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and evaluation techniques is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $84,000.00 per year
