**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- LEAD month-end closing procedures and prepare necessary financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct budgeting activities, including preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero for various financial tasks.
- Conduct ad hoc analytics and support manual excel based reporting to drive month-end processes
- Collaborate with senior management to provide insights on financial performance and trends.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks & Xero is highly desirable.
- CPA, or in-flight CPA preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently. Join our team as a Junior Controller / Controller where you can grow your career while contributing to our financial success
