Work setting:

- Group home

**Duties**:

- Provide guidance and support to youth in various settings, such as schools, community centers, or residential facilities.
- Develop and implement educational programs and activities to engage and inspire youth.
- Assist with conflict management and resolution among youth.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers, counselors, and social workers, to ensure the well-being of youth.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and development of youth.
- Maintain accurate records of youth interactions and program activities.

Other duties include:

- Housekeeping activities
- Food preparation
- Supervise activities of clients living in group homes

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with youth in an educational or social services setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of child welfare policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and diffuse tense situations.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping youth succeed.

Supervision:

- 4-5 people
