Bright Path Youth Services Inc. is a residential care provider supporting children and youth ages 6–17. We are currently hiring Child & Youth Workers to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct care and supervision in a residential group home
  • Support daily routines, life skills, and structured programming
  • Implement individualized care and behaviour support plans
  • Use trauma-informed and strength-based approaches
  • Respond to crisis situations using approved de-escalation strategies
  • Complete daily documentation and incident reports
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and the care team

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with children or youth in residential or community settings preferred
  • Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
  • Ability to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • In-house UMAB (Understanding & Managing Aggressive Behaviour) training provided
  • Paid onboarding and orientation
  • Ongoing supervision and support

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
