The National Sales Operations Manager assists the sales teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis, policy execution, and negotiation with managers. Provide ad hoc analyses to understand sales performance and competitor impact.

The National Sales Operations Manager is responsible for handling and managing the workflow of an organizations sales processes, enabling sales operations to go smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales processes and strategies to drive productivity and further the growth of the organization. Hence, the strategic function of sales operations teams.

The National Sales Operations Manager supports the sales leaders and sales team in achieving their goals through implementation and use of world class processes, tools and reporting.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with sales leadership and finance to develop sales targets. Maintain and document rules of engagement and account ownership

Coordinate monthly and quarterly territory planning activities

Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales pipeline and operational metrics and delivering regular actionable insights to the business to improve the pipeline performance

Manage revenue forecasting and analysis process

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPIs

Maintain data integrity in Salesforce for leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities

Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to support management in business decisions

Investigate and evaluate new processes, tools and systems to improve reporting and sales operations

Create and maintain sales department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.

Assist with onboarding and training of new sales employees

**Requirements**:
5 years of relevant experience Required

BA/BS Degree Required

OR equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Preferred:
Experience in sales operations with proficiency creating reports, managing pipeline, optimizing processes, and managing KPI & dashboards combine with field sales experience.

Bachelors degree in technical or business-related field.

Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.

Advanced Excel skills and CRM management skills, Salesforce CRM highly preferred or other CRM Experience

Ability to build relationships and solve complex problems

Desire to challenge status quo & make a positive impact on the business
