We are currently seeking a full time **National Account Manager** to join our team based out of our Milton, Ontario location.

**Fresh Start Foods Canada and our affiliated Produce Specialty Companies** were founded in 1993 to provide Foodservice Customers with a fresh alternative. An outstanding supply network, a National distribution network, and our thoroughly modern processing plants are all part of our commitment to providing the freshest fruits and vegetables possible.

**Description of Role**:
As a National Account Manager representing our Produce Specialty Companies, you are a seasoned sales professional that understands the dynamics of the foodservice industry. You are passionate about your customer's success and are able to balance it with the needs of the organization. You understand and have an appreciation for the fresh category and are creative in finding solutions. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Serves as the primary point of contact for all customer business and account related issues. Coordinates resources to present “one face to the customer.”
- Define and execute a sales strategy for National customers that focuses on new business, increased sales, and profitability
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth
- Collaborate with all Produce Specialty Companies to provide a consistent approach to the customer
- Facilitate customer business reviews
- Maintains peer relationships in the field to share best practices and ideas.
- Review monthly reports to ensure contract compliance and profitability.
- Represent our Produce Specialty Companies at Industry Trade Shows
- Work on a variety of customer projects such as new product implementation, promotional activity and general product management
- Approximately 30% travel is required for this role

**Skills, Qualifications, and Experience**:

- 5+ years of sales or sales management experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent follow up and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must have proven ability for developing new business
- Strong leadership skills including working with a variety of people at all levels of business
- Strong analytical skills and experience
- A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

**Salary**: $33,873.61-$109,303.72 per year
