- If you love helping others and are interested in aronomy, then we can’t wait to talk to you- We are looking for someone to fill an Administrative & Sales Support role, who thrives in a fast-paced agribusiness environment and is eager to go above and beyond, to help our customers reach their goals by demonstrating expert knowledge of our products and services.- In this role you will:
- Be the contact person and support for all sales processes, including sales orders, field plans, delivery & blend tickets in our ag-retail software, Agvance.
- Oversee the branch’s 4R Retailer Certification, ensuring 4R standard compliance is met.
- Work with the Precision Agronomy team, collecting as-applied data and satellite imagery, and communicating it to the grower customers.
- Conduct business with grower customers via phone and counter sales, and take/create product and service orders in Agvance.
- Organize soil sampling requests and results, and track when fields are due to be re-sampled.
- Utilize the myFS platform to enhance the producer experience with Precision Ag and overall business.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Completion of college or other courses in agriculture.
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A knack for relationship building and problem-solving.
- Ability to work alone or with a team.
- Desire to grow with the company. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn the Ag Retail business and grow in their career.
- Willingness to work extra hours in the spring and fall planting seasons.
