**You are**
A **_Client Impact Research Assistant_**. You will support the development, delivery, analysis, and reporting of client feedback surveys and program impact assessments. The Research Assistant is required to meet multiple deadlines and perform a wide variety of impact measurement and client feedback-related tasks, which contribute to the continuous improvement of Manitoba Possible programs and services.
This is a.5 EFT position.
**Your Role**
**S**upport Survey Development and Implementation**
- Assist in designing and programming surveys that capture client feedback effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational and program goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor survey tools for various programs and services.
- Working with programs, distribute or support distribution of surveys through appropriate channels (e.g., online platforms, in-person, mail).
**Impact Measurement**
- Support program managers in developing logic models for their programs.
- Support program managers in collecting output and outcome measures.
- Assist with impact reporting.
**Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting**
- Monitor survey responses to ensure data integrity and sufficient participation rates.
- Organize and manage survey data using appropriate tools (e.g., Excel, survey platforms, databases).
- Assist the Manager, Program Development to conduct analysis and produce reports
- Prepare clear and concise reports, including charts, graphs, and narratives, to present findings to stakeholders.
**Qualitative Client Research**
- Work with program managers and others to develop interview tools with which to survey clients.
- Demonstrate empathy while interviewing clients/family members.
- Use creativity to develop innovative ways to seek feedback from client groups for whom surveys or interviews are not appropriate (children, those with literacy, little English language, cultural differences, intellectual differences).

- Contribute ideas to improve the feedback and impact measurement process.
- Maintain confidentiality and anonymity of client feedback.
- Undertake other research as assigned.

- Provide other duties as assigned related to the scope of the position.
**What You Know**
- Current student or graduate of Bachelor of Arts, Science or Business, with major study in statistics, marketing or data science or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word; ability to quickly learn additional software programs, as required. Proficiency with customized databases and survey tools.
- Proficient in logic models, social impact measurement, program evaluation processes and methods.
- Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Experience working with clients, staff, families and the public in an effective and professional manner
- Experience using statistical and other computer software related to surveys and data management.
- Ability to work well, individually and as team member, under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- Self-direction, high motivation and level of enthusiasm.
- High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential/sensitive information.
- Professional manner as representative of Manitoba Possible’s image both internally and externally.
