**Primary Purpose**: As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and driven leader to join our management team. With over 30 staff, we are looking for an individual who is a team player, a great mentor to our staff and someone who thrives on providing great service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review of working paper files for compilation, review and audit engagements
- Review of corporate and personal income tax returns, trust returns and other government filings
- Providing business and tax advice to clients
- Communicating with clients, government agencies, etc.
- Training and mentoring of staff
- Providing support to partners
- Work alongside other managers to oversee and manage the work in the office
- Other accounting-related duties as required

**Skills, Knowledge & Work Experience**:

- CPA designation, including public accounting requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public practice
- Strong technical knowledge in audit, accounting and tax
- Passion for accounting with great attention to detail
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong project and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great client service skills
- Experience in CaseWare and Profile is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
