**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the accounts payable process ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Accounts payable/receivable and inter-company accounting management for multiple dealerships
- Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements
- Analyze and reconcile accounts; resolving discrepancies as required
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Provide support for deal posting as required
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**
- 2 years of accounting experience is preferred.
- Completion of post-secondary education in accounting or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with accounting software and the ability to quickly learn and work across multiple software platforms
