**Egon Zehnder is looking for 2 Accounting technicians for a permanent full-time position.**

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Assist with entering invoices, processing payments, maintaining vendor accounts, and managing the AP process, while identifying best practices and maintaining a strong internal control environment
- Manage periodic payment runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions by running aging reports and preparing vendor checks as necessary
- Review Letters of Proposal to ensure accurate setup of assignments in financial systems.
- Prepare and submit client invoices (standard and electronic); monitor receivables and follow up to ensure timely payments.
- Support Finance in monthly revenue forecasts and provide financial breakdowns when needed.
- Assist the team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation
- Other duties assigned by the manager

**Qualifications and specific requirements**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. Experience with Big Four firms and international companies is considered an asset.
- College diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Experience using NetSuite and Rydoo software.
- Previous experience in auditing firms.
- Fluency in English to support international clients.
- Must reside within 100 km of Montreal.
- Required to be physically present in the Montreal office at least 50% of the week.

**Compensation**: $33.65/hour

**Working hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

**Number of hours per week**: 37.5 hours
