Edmonton, Canada Collective Waste Solutions Full time

Collective Waste Solutions is looking for an individual to fill in the role of a Service Writer. This position will be based in our Edmonton Operations and will be reporting to the Fleet Manager.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work order records and all documents associated with work orders are captured and used to generate accurate and timely ongoing performance reporting.
- Parts - both procurement and inventories for the Calgary, Edmonton and Fort McMurray shops are accurate and proactively managed to maintain critical spares.
- Employees participating in work orders or inventory dispositions are trained and competent to enter.

**Education and Experience**:

- GED preferred.
- Information technology programs and training preferred.
- Safety certifications as required by site.
- Familiar with various software and programs i.e. Microsoft Office, Geotab, Fleet Maintenance Pro, DropBox, Google Suite and internet utilization.
- Proven organizational skills and multitasking to ensure efficiency in processes and procedures.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- High level of customer service by continually meeting expectations and learning.

**Work Environments**:

- Ability to use a computer and related devices throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Able to safely manipulate and inventory all types of parts.
- Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Pre-access drug and alcohol may be conducted.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
