Richmond, Canada Dwell Property Management Full time

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Greet visitors, answer questions, collect payments, hand out keys, courier packages etc
- Scan mailed invoices when required
- Handle Land Title Filing
- Provide admin support
- Printing and packaging form requests
- Assist other team members when needed
- Vacation Relief

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in administration and customer service in a service-based environment is a strong asset
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills as the service recipients are a dynamic group of individuals, including customers, professional managers and legal professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and keyboarding skills (ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed oriented
