**Chow Tai Fook Fairview Mall is looking for Greeter/ Sales Associate.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival
- Assist customers with any inquiries or requests they may have
- Directing guests to the appropriate areas
- Managing guest queues and ensuring smooth flow or traffic
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the entry area, including tidying up and replenishing supplies as needed
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt and efficient service to customers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Friendly and welcoming Demeanor -with positive attitude and ability to greet guests
- Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Problem solving skills
