**About the Role - F&B Outlets Greeter**

Greeters have many responsibilities. They typically greet guests as they arrive at the hotel or restaurant, provide directions for guests as needed, and help keep their work area clean and organized so that guests have a good dining experience.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Greet guests as they arrive
- Provide information on our current sales and promotions
- Schedule follow-up appointments or calls
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones
- Notify the floor manager or security personnel about potential issues

**Qualifications**:

- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous fine dining or luxury level service knowledge and training.
- Minimum 2 year previous work experience in a world-class luxury brand in a similar capacity.
- Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and quality-driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Constant walking & standing
