**SUMMARY**

**About the Role - F&B Outlets Greeter**

A Greeter has many responsibilities, they are typically responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel/restaurant, providing directions for guests as needed and helping keep their work area clean and organized for a good dining experience.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Greet guests as they arrive
- Provide information on our current sales and promotions
- Schedule follow-up appointments or calls
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones
- Notify floor manager or security personnel about potential issues

**Qualifications**:

- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous fine dining or luxury level service knowledge and training.
- Minimum 2 year previous work experience in a world-class luxury brand in a similar capacity.
- Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and quality driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Constant walking & standing
