**As an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager**, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager and Owner in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

**Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Previous leadership experience at a Tim Hortons restaurant preferably with 2 or more years in a Supervisory, Assistant Manager or Training Lead role.
- Strong supervisory skills and the proven ability to motivate, lead, train and coach a diverse team to achieve the goals of a fast-paced restaurant.
- Solid team player with an emphasis on exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility. This is a full-time day position including weekends, however some evening work may be required.
- Ability to provide excellent judgment, and has strong problem-solving and mathematics skills
- Detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- First Aid and FST certification an asset.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Shift management and leadership.
- Assist in planning and scheduling Team Members to ensure adequate coverage to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Oversee cash management procedures and ensure all company and brand processes are followed and standards are met.
- Responsible for inventory management and ordering.
- Train Team Members in best practices and provide them with ongoing constructive feedback to ensure goals and standards are achieved.
- Implement and uphold food safety standards and procedures and Tim Hortons restaurant policies.
- Handle guest concerns and work with Team Members to create exceptional restaurant experiences.
