**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Train, develop and manage Sales and Service Representatives;
- Manage flow of service requests to ensure customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner;
- Conduct end-of-day check-in / morning check-out process with Service Representatives to ensure daily expectations are met and employees are prepared for the day;
- Fulfill duties of Service Representatives as business demands require;
- Provide field coaching and Driver training to Drivers;
- Work to prevent and resolve Route Sales issues and complaints;
**What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?**
- Route Sales/Service background;
- Previous logistics experience;
- Knowledge of local regulation regarding commercial transportation;
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience required;
- Environmental background is an asset;
- Strong customer service driven background;
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL upon hire (paid CDL training provided);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and related programs.
