**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and train service staff, providing guidance on best practices in customer interactions and technical procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service department performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement where necessary.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities, promoting additional services and products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of cash handling, service orders, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations while promoting a safe working environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred (Ford/Lincoln product knowledge is an asset)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex automotive systems.
- Previous experience in sales or upselling within a service environment is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds
