**As a contributor in Edon’s grounds group you will**:

- Work in a team-oriented environment
- Work Monday to Friday and on-call schedule as required

**What are we looking for?**
- Self-starters who find their own way
- Inquisitive and curious team members
- Previous landscaping or maintenance experience
- Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to operate small power equipment used in snow removal and landscape maintenance
- Able to easily adopt new technology and innovative business solutions

**What will you do?**
- Ensure all sidewalks, parking areas, common areas, and landscaping is clear of litter
- Operate a variety of small equipment (lawn mower, trimmer, hedge pruner, skid steer, sweeper, blower, etc.)
- Perform tasks in snow removal and landscaping such as sweeping, blowing, shoveling, mowing, trimming, etc.
- Assist in irrigation system repairs and maintenance
- Respond to service requests and emergencies
- Perform regular inspections of the building grounds to ensure curb-side appearance is in accordance with contract and Edon’s standards
- Assist the building operator with other maintenance tasks as required
