Description:

- Provide general administrative support to immigration consultants and other team members
- Assist consultant to engage and maintain relationships with clients and vendors in high-level telephone communication
- Perform other general and administrative duties as needed

Requirement
- Educational requirements: A diploma or bachelor’s degree is required
- Language requirements: Strong oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese. Fluent in French is preferred
- 0-1 year work experience as an administrative assistant, sales coordinator, legal assistant or any relevant role
- Possess strong logical thinking ability, and excellent communication and organizational skill
- Act responsive and proactive in work, and be able to work as a team and independently

工作职责
- 通过电话、短信和电子邮件与客户沟通，收集移民申请所需的文件和信息
- 为移民顾问团队成员提供一般行政事务和办公事务
- 确保准确、详细的申请进度记录，并协调顾问和客户之间的互动和会议
- 通过电话沟通协助顾问与客户和供应商建立并维持关系
- 根据需要履行其他一般和行政职责

岗位要求：
- 学历要求：需要文凭或学士学位
- 语言要求：具备极好的英语和普通话口语和写作能力。精通法语者优先
- 0-1 年行政助理、销售协调员、法律助理或任何相关职位的工作经验
- 具有较强的逻辑思维能力，优秀的沟通和组织能力
- 具有良好的抗压能力、责任心和解决问题的能力

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
