**Some of what you will do**:
The Sales Team Production Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating all Sales Team orders that are routed to Hub. The individual will take responsibility for receiving inbound orders, sorting and prioritizing the orders, ensuring all components of orders are intact, validating the print readiness of orders, and routing orders into production. The Coordinator will also be responsible for all communication activities including maintaining any applicable trackers, with the Sales Team, ensuring a strong service orientation

**Specifically, You Will**
- Schedules machines resources efficiently, prioritizes orders for production, and distributes orders to associates.
- Ensures all order components are available for production, including order instructions, hard copy and digital files.
- Verifies digital files are print ready and take corrective action as necessary that may include contacting Sales Team for updates, additional clarification or return of order.
- Routes orders to Production and Finishing according to standard operating procedures and service level agreement.
- Maintains an open line of communication with all Sales Team members, Corporate and Regional offices as required.
- Responds to requests for large quantity and specialty requests.

**Some of what you need**:

- High School or College/Technical school Diploma in Printing
- 1-2 Years experience in the graphic communication and printing industry
- Understands steps involved in the printing process
- Knowledge of workflow management programs
- Strong customer service orientation
