En tant qu'agent(e) service clientèle sinistres au sein du département sinistres qui s'occupe de RI / RW /GAP/MODE/PDI, vos principales responsabilités comprendront les tâches suivantes:
**Ouverture des réclamations**:

- Prendre connaissance des courriels et répondre aux questions ou ouvrir une nouvelle réclamation.
- Inclure dans le bon dossiers dans UNIFIE et faire l'ouverture du dossier.
- Vérifier si contrat est actif.
- Vérifier si réclamations précédentes.
- Vérifier si client et véhicule est le même que celui sur contrat.
- Aviser concessionnaire que nous avons reçu sa réclamation (courriel automatisé d'accusé de réception).
- Transférer les courriels dans le dossier de réclamation et aviser l'expert.

**Appels téléphoniques**:

- Répondre aux appels entrant et transférer s'il y a lieu.
- Renseigner les clients sur la marche à suivre pour soumettre les nouvelles réclamations.
- Répondre aux clients et/ou concessionnaires sur les couvertures des différents contrats.
- effectuer des réservations par téléphone avec le locateur d'un véhicule court terme.

**Suivi des dossiers à fermer**:

- Lors de temps libre, faire le suivi des documents manquants pour les ajusteurs, tel que les documents pour les véhicules de remplacement et/ou signature finale.

**Profil cherché**:

- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine des réclamations.
- Un niveau avancé d'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, car la personne devra traiter une variété d'appels, de courriels, de réservations et de documents de réclamation en anglais et avoir des interactions fréquentes avec des collègues et des clients anglophones et francophones à travers le Canada sur une base quotidienne.
- Bon esprit d'équipe.
- Être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques en général (une formation est proposée pour nos logiciels internes).
- Bonne gestion du stress dans un environnement de travail à fort volume.
- Proactivité et souci du détail.
