Claims Adjuster/Replacement Warranty/FPQ#5/Dealer services/Montreal/Quebec /Remote/Permanent

Are you known for your analytical and collaborative spirit?

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**
- Analyze the guarantees required to cover the claim.
- Analyze the information obtained, make decisions that will be used to establish liability and revise the assessment of damages.
- Settle the claim fairly and equitably, validate damages and make payments.

**Profile required**:

- Valid adjuster's license issued by the AMF or in the process of being obtained
- Knowledge of FPQ#5 policy (an asset)
- Proficiency with computers and the Office suite;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealerships (an asset);
- French and English language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interaction with English and French-speaking customers across Canada.
