**Eastside Kia is looking to hire a Vehicle Media Merchandiser/Lot Attendant to assist its service department**

The **Vehicle Media Merchandiser** is responsible for taking videos of service vehicles to update customers on their vehicles’ status utilizing the dealership’s engagement software system.

As a **Service Lot Attendant**, you will be the key to maintaining the visual standards of the dealership for our customers. This position requires that you work outside in various weather conditions and temperatures and may involve repeated physical movement and exertion. Attendants are expected to wear appropriate clothing for various conditions and temperatures, including frigid cold and rain. Your efficiency, passion for automotive customer service, and effective teamwork will allow you to excel in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take and edit videos of the exterior and interior of service vehicles to showcase service status to customers using Kimoby - a dealership engagement system
- Wash the exterior of vehicles when required
- Drive vehicles
- Various administrative duties as assigned
- Park service inventory in the appropriate areas and ensure they are always clean and presentable
- Take utmost care to ensure there is no damage to vehicles
- Input keys into the key system with careful attention to accuracy
- Check service department inventory to ensure that the doors are locked, and the windows are closed
- Periodically travel to other dealers or vendors
- Assist when needed while fueling/moving/washing units
- Ensure that the Service Drive Through is clean and presentable
- Prepare loaner vehicles and port client vehicles
- Ensure the dealership lot is clean and removed of any debris/garbage
- Vacuum and clean interiors, and wash and polish exteriors of automobiles
- Maintain the dealership’s Car Wash
- Always provide exceptional customer service in a friendly manner
- Performs other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous videography experience is an asset
- Video creation and some editing skills
- Computer savvy
- Knowledge of Kimoby is a strong asset
- Basic automotive knowledge to accurately update customers on their service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to efficiently meet deadlines
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Able to drive manual transmission
- May be required to work evenings and weekends

**Hours and Pay**:

- Full time hours
- $15.00 an hour + bonuses
