Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, ensuring that vehicles are properly displayed and accessible for customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are parked in an orderly fashion.
  • Perform regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are clean and in good condition before being sold.
  • Manage the movement of vehicles within the lot, including driving vehicles to designated areas as needed.
  • Support cash handling processes during customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and uphold dealership standards.
  • Provide assistance in various dealership functions as required, contributing to overall operations.
  • No smoking but vaping is okay

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in hospitality or dealership environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract required
  • 5 years of driving experience
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
  • Must have valid Canadian drivers license
