**South Trail Kia is hiring a Service Lot Attendant**

Your efficiency, passion for automotive customer service, and effective teamwork will allow you to excel in this role. The Service Lot Attendant is key to maintaining the visual standards of the dealership for our customers.

The Service Lot Attendant is required to work outside in various weather conditions and temperatures, and this position may involve repeated physical movement and exertion. Attendants are expected to wear appropriate clothing year-round, and be prepared for various conditions and temperatures, including frigid cold and rain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Park inventory in the appropriate areas and ensure that service vehicles are always clean and presentable
- Take the utmost care to ensure that there is no damage to vehicles
- Input keys into the key system with careful attention to accuracy
- Check inventory to ensure that the doors are locked and the windows are closed
- Perform vehicle video walk arounds and battery tests on service videos
- Periodically travel to other dealers or vendors
- Assist when needed while fueling, moving, and washing units
- Ensure that the Service Drive Through is clean and presentable
- Prepare loaner vehicles and port client vehicles
- Ensure that the lot is clean and removed of any debris/garbage
- Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, and wash and polish the exteriors of automobiles
- Maintain the dealership’s Car Wash
- Always provide exceptional customer service in a friendly manner
- Performs other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Provide a clean drivers abstract report and immediately notify management of any change in its status
- Must wear CSA approved steel toed shoes

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Good organization and time management abilities to complete multiple priorities and tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative for tasks around the dealership
- Dependable and reliable

**Pay and Hours of Work**:

- $17.00 an hour
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
