**About Us**:
Manor Clinic is a mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate care through a team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers (mental health therapists). We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team and help support our growing practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals within the clinic.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients.
- Make appointment reminder phone calls.
- Greet and check in patients as they arrive.
- Assist patients with initial paperwork and registration.
- Arrange and book internal and external referrals.
- Contact patients to relay information from healthcare professionals.
- Answer patient queries and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Perform general office administration tasks such as sorting mail and faxing documents.
- Process patient payments and issue invoices.
- Liaise with insurance companies regarding psychology payments.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Manage clinic flow and ensure the patient area and offices remain organized and clean.
- Update and maintain patient health records accurately.
- Work closely with the clinic’s admin manager to understand and address clinic priorities.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a medical administrative assistant.
- Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR); familiarity with Accuro EMR is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Gmail, Google Meet, and Zoom.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional, empathetic attitude with the ability to support individuals with mental health and developmental disorders.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and insurance processes.
- Familiarity with medical and insurance regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- High school diploma required; certification in medical administration is a plus.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
