**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

As a Performance Analyst for Global Asset Management (GAM), you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely investment performance reporting. You will conduct in-depth analyses of performance results, communicate findings to key stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytical tools. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with investment teams and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**What will you do?**

As a Performance Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and delivering daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Collaborating with investment teams to design and develop accurate, relevant performance reporting tailored to specific investment strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including returns, risk-adjusted measures, benchmarks, and peer comparisons
- Conducting detailed analyses of performance results at the total portfolio level to identify trends and insights
- Assisting in the development and enhancement of performance measurement tools, models, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Supporting ad hoc analyses and contributing to special projects as needed to address evolving business requirements

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in producing, analyzing, and manipulating large datasets using Python and SQL.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively

**Nice to Have**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience/exposure to investment industry
- Working knowledge of Eagle or similar portfolio accounting and performance software
