One of our top **marketing agency** clients is looking for a **Performance analyst** to join their team As a Performance Analyst, you will be helping world-known brands optimize their performance by conducting performance reviews across various criteria. You will work closely and collaboratively with their team of strategists, developers, user experience designers, program managers and other fellow performance analysts to ensure qualitative excellence in automotive Tier 3 digital ecosystems. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to join the world of marketing **This is a full-time short-term contract with the possibility to extend it to a year, and eventually can become permanent.** **Requirements**: - You have 1+ years of experience in marketing analysis, Quality assurance, customer service, and similar fields or you have a strong interest in marketing. - You must have high attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for quality. - Be a self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively in a team setting. - Strong verbal and writing communication skills - You must work with a sense of urgency and have strong time management skills so you can prioritize work and plan your work hours accordingly to meet deadlines. - Important to have outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills - Entrepreneurial, independent, and fast work style, high dedication - Ability to articulate reasoning for decisions to provide detailed context to clients - Tech-savvy **Responsibilities**: - Conducting a 100+ point inspection of qualitative analysis and reporting for their clients - Taking ownership of consistent and accurate digital evaluations and analysis across multiple automotive dealer ecosystems - Collaborating with the team to solve complex business challenges. - Communicating with the team to keep everyone updated on progress. - Completing reviews of dealerships that have about 100 questions in total. - Provide feedback and suggestions when needed. **Why should you join?** - Flexible work hours to create your schedule based on workload - Love to play the "spot the difference" game - They offer an open, honest, and fun workplace. - As a quickly expanding company, they provide a wide range of opportunities, allowing their team members to develop skills in areas that interest them. **Salary**: $17.50-$19.00 per hour Schedule: - Monday to Friday Application question(s): - Do you possess strong attention to detail? - Are you located in EDT time zone?
