Port Boat House is an industry leading dealership for Yamaha Outboards, ATVs, SxS’s, Ranger/Cutwater Boats, G3 Boats and North River Boats. We have been in business for over 40 years and are continually growing.

We are looking to add a Sales Administrator to our Port Alberni team. The Sales Administrator is honest and team oriented. While no marine experience is required preference will be given to individuals who enjoy the marine/motorsports industry. If you have a passion boats, fishing, or recreational vehicles this is the place for you to start your career.
- Managing client profiles in Lightspeed Evo software
- Ensure customer information is collected correctly
- Solve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Collecting/Refunding sales deposits as required
- Managing “as at” status of vessels for delivery
- Registering vessels with transport Canada
- Working with Border agencies to create import/export documents
- Assisting with the day to day operations of the sales dept.
- Assist in routine inventory counts and restocking.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction including handling elevated customer issues until resolution.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with product and service
- Maintain detailed records of all conversations with clients

- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office experience
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to multitask in and establish priorities in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and helping mindset
- An eye for detail

**Salary**
- Based on Experience
- Bonus Pay
