**About the Position**:
We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team. In this dynamic yet rewarding position, you will:

- Oversee a team of Cooks that runs both a Cafe and catering business
- Provide suggestions to business owner for new and updated menu items
- Inventory management
- Develop and oversee policies related to health, safety, and food hygiene
- Provide coaching to all staff, including individuals with exceptionalities
- Uphold and exemplify the values of ADP, especially those related to integrity, respect, and inclusion

Specific requirements include:

- Previous experience as a Head Chef
- Culinary training is an asset but not required
- Possession of food handler certificate
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of English required; knowledge of French is not required but certainly an asset
- Ability to “fit” with the corporate culture of a social enterprise that exists to provide employment to individuals with exceptionalities.

This one-of-a-kind position could appeal to a retired Head Chef looking to work part-time hours while working with a company that has a positive and uplifting corporate culture that truly does good for its community.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
