**Seal-It Group **was founded in 2015 and is now one of GTA’s leading landscape/hardscape companies. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, dedication, and commitment to providing our clients with the best service for all of their residential and commercial landscaping needs. **Seal-It Group** has 2 divisions; the Design & Build (Landscape Construction) Division and the Sealing & Restoration Division.

We are looking to add a Hardscape/Landscape crew member to our team.

**Crew Member Requirements**:

- minimum 1 year of construction experience with landscape construction or similar position
- Reliable transportation (preferably own vehicle) to be able to get to different job sites on time each day
- Capable of performing physical labor in various weather conditions. (Ability to to lift up to 70 lbs)
- Valid Ontario Class G2 Driver's License or better with a clean drivers abstract.
- Focused on teamwork and excellent problem solving abilities.
- Capable of understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations.
- Having a passion for the outdoors, as well as all aspects of landscape design and construction, from planning and designing to installation and maintenance
- You are eager to take on new challenges

- Being self-motivated and having the ability to work with minimum supervision and while under pressure

**Crew Member Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of job sites prior to project commencement
- Operation of various tools and equipment, training is provided.
- Assist in the construction of small or large landscape projects including backyard patios, driveways, walkways, decks, fences, etc
- Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is compliant and utilized as required by industry and company standards
- Ensure that all safety rules and company safety policies are adhered to;
- Maintains a safe and clean job site at all times
- Reports for duty at the designated location on time each day

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Landscape construction: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
