Warehouse Associate

**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate with hands-on experience in warehouse operations and a proven track record of successfully leading teams. Skilled in inventory management, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and implementing safety protocols. Adept at supervising daily workflows, training staff, and ensuring timely order fulfilment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Assist in supervising and coordinating activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards.
- Resolve issues related to shipments, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational procedures and reduce waste.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); associate degree preferred.
- 4+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Familiarity with order fulfilment processes and shipping/receiving operations.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks. Forklift certification required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
