- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an updated inventory database, register receipts promptly, and ensure accurate records.
- Answer customer calls and provide assistance with shipping inquiries.
- Handle special shipping arrangements as required.
- Address customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Communicate with suppliers regarding product deliveries, arrange shipments, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- **Shipping Supplies Management**: Order and replenish shipping supplies to avoid disruptions in operations.
- **Account Management**: Ensure shipping accounts remain in good standing to facilitate seamless operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Customer Service Skills**: Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries effectively.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English is a must, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
- **Warehouse Experience**: Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
