EP is searching for a Curriculum Specialist who will play a critical role in the achievement of EP’s content and product strategy across Canadian markets.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:
- Ability to analyse and synthesise Canadian Curriculum requirements across districts and identify growth opportunities from a content and product lens
- Coordinate the evaluation of our resources to determine alignment and coverage to curriculum standards
- Keep up to date with curriculum changes and teacher needs to support the development of our content roadmap
- Use data from the market and an understanding of prioritisation frameworks to collaborate with Content Leads on global content priorities
- Provide a strong voice on pedagogy, proof of efficacy and thought leadership, firmly connecting EP with cutting-edge best practice in the world of K-12 teaching and learning
**What we’re looking for**:
- Strong DEI and CRRP understanding with an up-to-date perspective on global learning design trends and Canadian curriculum requirements and opportunities
- Solid understanding of the Canadian education sector and proven commercial acumen
- Experience building capability across a team with a focus on continuous improvement across all facets of content provision
- Critical thinker and continuous learner
