**Job Title: Real Estate Broker (OSA)**

We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated Real Estate Brokers to join our team. Our team is committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and achieving their real estate goals. We offer a unique opportunity to work with a team of experienced real estate professionals who are dedicated to helping you succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accompany clients on property viewings
- Conduct market research and provide guidance to clients on buying, selling real estate properties
- Develop and maintain quality relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Attend and participate in mandatory weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Assist in preparing and presenting offers and contracts
- Provide regular updates to clients and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Must be available on weekends for property showings

**Experience**:

- 1 Year of experience as a Real Estate Broker [preffered]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $84,633.00-$94,543.00 per year
