**Real Estate Analyst**

**About VA Capital & Soliman Corporation**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team in underwriting the financing of commercial properties.
- Due diligence.
- Provide analytical and market research.
- Maintain weekly pipeline and financial reporting.
- Work in collaboration with VA Capital brokers and their clients to gather the information required for financing.
- Be a detail-oriented yet highly responsive multi-tasker who loves a good challenge;
- Should possess good time management skills, respect established deadlines and communicate priorities/expectations to various team members;
- Have the time management and self-discipline necessary to address responsibilities in a fast
- paced environment;
- Should work independently, deliver client-ready work, and follow through on assignments with mínimal direction;
- Has a proven ability to effectively work with internal teams to complete assigned tasks and projects within proposed timeframe;
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals;
- Must have strong customer support orientation, demonstrate professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other relevant field;
- 0 to 2 years of experience in related field;
- Strong understanding and proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Passion and/or experience in the real estate industry is an asset;
- Fluency in English and French;

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
