We are seeking for a business analyst responsible for the proper initiation of a software engineering projects related to project's on manufacturing operations. This role involves close and frequent interactions with internal customers and other stakeholders for supporting the business in the proper expression of core needs and project’s success criterias.

Responsabilities:

- Conduct workshop with business representatives to capture abstract issues or opportunities
- Help define areas of improvements maximizing ROI
- Generate well structured and well documented business and solution requirements
- Help derive adequate system specifications from previously captured requirements
- Help design the solutions which may or may not involve IT systems
- Maintain trust with stakeholders managing every partie’s expectations
- Lead the projects initiation in collaboration with key IT stakeholders and project managers
- Support internal clients and stakeholders in defining the requirements
- Coordinate and animate workshops and analysis activities
- Produce and maintain projects requirements
- Produce visual artifact for efficient communication between the business and execution team
- Potentially coordinate or manage small scale projects

**Qualifications**:

- BSc. Computer Science, System Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years working experience in large IT initiatives
- 7+ years of solid experience as a business or functional analyst
- 5+ years of experience with related tools and methodologies such as: UML, BPMN, BABOK, TOGAF, SIPOC, VSM, etc.
- 5+ years working in mature IT organisations with proper SDLC practices
