Woodstock, Canada Guide Gloves - North America Full time

**Summary**:
Previous experience in the Industrial, Safety, hand protection, or glove business, working with large distributors is an asset, however, if not a lot of hand protection experience that’s fine as we will train you, and you will have a large support team behind you.

**Core responsibilities will include**:

- Prospect and qualify new sales leads - working with end-users, selling thru distributors.
- Focus to start within Ontario, with the ability to cover Canada wide then the USA.
- Travel - Around Ontario, Canada, USA, and periodically to Sweden (Global Headquarters)
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects including end-users, distributors & retailers.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to the appropriate department
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Assist/run trade shows/events throughout the year.

**Qualifications for Sales Executive**:

- Minimum 4 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
