We are searching for a knowledgeable Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)Specialist to join our team in Calgary. The IAQ Specialist will be responsible for scoping and planning IAQ engagements, analyzing air quality data collected by IAQ technicians, identifying trends, preparing detailed reports, and providing insights to improve indoor air quality. Your work will directly contribute to healthier indoor spaces and long-term client satisfaction.
The day-to-day activities of our Indoor Air Quality Specialist will include:

- Client Consultation - Act as a point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on indoor air quality improvements.
- Standardization - Create templates and establish standard processes and procedures for reporting and internal workflows
- Reporting & Presentations - Prepare and deliver reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Team Collaboration - Work alongside the IAQ team to provide additional insights to clients
- Degree or diploma in Environmental Science or Certified Mechanical Engineering Technologist
- Up to 2-4 years of working experience in IAQ, environmental consulting, or HVAC systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
- Proven experience in offering products and services as part of client solutions
- Familiarity with IAQ monitoring tools and standards is an asset
