**ENHANCEMENT FOREMAN**
- Lead enhancement crews while performing jobs such as hardscape repair, new hardscape installs, mulch install, sodding, lawn topdressing, tree planting and seasonal display installs
- Review crew timesheet submissions to ensure accuracy prior to manager’s approval
- Take ownership of enhancement and development training needs, including:

- Coordinate training schedule
- Select topics
- Prepare training materials
- Conduct training, theory and practical as necessary
- Assist in leading and performing development projects when needed
- Assist in leading and performing winter management projects and tasks when needed
- Ensure crew members efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify work opportunities and notify the estimating team
- Receive project hand-off from manager and coordinate materials, equipment, staff and subcontractors throughout the project’s lifecycle
- Liaise with development and enhancement manager and clients on site
- Ensure crews follow company HR and Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Winter snow removal
- In the event of mild weather, and access to landscape features, regular maintenance and/or construction task will continue

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 years softscape - grading, mulching, planting
- G License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
