Our head office being located in Boucherville, on the South Shore of Montreal, we know that some of our employees are concerned by the roadwork being carried out in the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel. **Our expectations**:
Reporting to the Coordinator, Price Data Management, the Price integrity Clerk is responsible for managing and updating price files across all sales channels. This includes working with multiple groups and entering data into the systems in an accurate and timely manner. He/she ensures the execution of price changes in the stores in accordance with established procedures and timelines.

**Your role**:
- Ensures the maintenance and quality of product related retail and clearance pricing data
- Periodic and/or on-demand updates of retail prices
- Updating of exception and clearance prices in the system
- If necessary, contacts merchandisers (and exceptionnaly suppliers) to validate and/or verify the information provided
- Ensures the accuracy of the information entered by using the control reports at his/hers disposal
- Communicates effectively to all stakeholders according to established deadlines
- Works in conjunction with the Product Integrity Management (PIM) team
- Actively participates in the development of quality standards and control tools necessary to perfrom the duties of the position
- Ensures that prices are entered into all required systems and takes the necessary actions to correct as required
- Provide support to stores regarding price change issues
- Support the merchandising team when necessary
- Works in various computer systems depending on the banner
- Performs all other related tasks
**The qualifications we are looking for**:
- College or university degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1-3 years of experience in retail pricing or related field
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Rigor, precision and sens of initiative and autonomy
- Highly developed analytical skills and excellent reasoning
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
- Respect of deadlines
- Procifiency in MS Office suite software - Excel, Access, Word
- Knowledge of AS/400 (SIDMA) and MMS (SODA, WinDSS) is an asset
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Highly developed analytical skills and excellent reasoning
- Good knowledge of retail, preferably in the home improvement sector
