**About the Role**

This position starts in the **warehouse** and grows into a **counter sales** role.

You’ll begin by learning our products, receiving and organizing inventory, and understanding how our warehouse runs. As your product knowledge grows, you’ll transition to assisting customers at the counter — helping them find the right materials and solutions.

We’ll provide training and ongoing support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new things, and helping people.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, check, and label incoming products
- Pick and package orders for customers and branch transfers
- Restock shelves and maintain an organized warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Learn about construction, plumbing, electrical, and hardware products
- Assist customers at the counter once trained
- Helping customers and team members in locating and putting items.
- Restocking and refilling.
- Communicate clearly with team members about inventory and stock issues
- Take initiative to improve organization and efficiency

**What We’re Looking For**
- Someone who can work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Reliable, on-time, and responsible
- Previous experience in retail, hardware, construction supply, or customer service is an asset (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
- Takes pride in doing a good job
- Friendly, polite, and enjoys helping people
- Enjoys learning and problem-solving
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to ask questions and learn.
- Able to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs.), occasionally up to 36 kg (80 lbs.) with equipment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Trustworthy, honest and dependable
- Speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
